First, let's make sure you created an account with Bristle Health.
This is the most common cause for not being able to login.
First, visit https://app.bristlehealth.com/register.
Enter your email address and create a password.
Click "Register with email and password."
You will receive an email from our team ([email protected]) containing a button you can click to confirm your account. Make sure you click the button in your email to complete making your account!
If you already created an account you will see an error message that says "You have an existing account, please sign in." If that is the case, follow the steps below!
If you previously created an account & can't log in
First, check these common issues:
Make sure you are typing your email & password correctly: We know this feels obvious, but trust us - it happens to the best of us :)
Make sure there are no spaces before or after your email: Having spaces before or after your email address will result in a response that says "An account with that email could not be found. Please use a different email or register for an account."
If you still cannot login, there are two ways to access your account - in either case, start by navigating to https://app.bristlehealth.com/login.
One time password: Enter your email address where it says "Login with One Time Password" and click the blue button. After you submit, you will be taken to a screen like the one below.
Forgot Password: Click "Forgot Password" on the page and enter your email address. Click "Submit." We'll send you an email with a button - clicking the button will take you to a page where you can create a new password. Click here to see a video.
If you do not see emails from our team in your inbox, it is possible they got routed to spam or another folder. Make sure you search your email for communications from [email protected].
