Open your Bristle box and take one of the tubes with a blue cap

Locate the barcode on the tube with the format "BH-XXXXXX" - this barcode is also located on your box! The barcode will be a combination of letters (a, b, c...) and numbers (1, 2, 3...)

Login to your account at bristlehealth.com/login 

Click on "Register my kit" in your dashboard

If prompted, answer the questions in your health survey

Type your barcode in - ignore the "BH" and only include the last 6 digits/letters

1. Login to your account at bristlehealth.com/login 
2. Click on "Register my kit" in your dashboard
3. If prompted, answer the questions in your health survey
4. Type your barcode in - ignore the "BH" and only include the last 6 digits/letters
5. Click "Submit"
