Register your barcode

Register your kit online before you mail it back! We cannot process your sample until you register your kit.

Take me through step by step

Find your barcode

  1. Open your Bristle box and take one of the tubes with a blue cap

  2. Locate the barcode on the tube with the format "BH-XXXXXX" - this barcode is also located on your box! The barcode will be a combination of letters (a, b, c...) and numbers (1, 2, 3...)


Register your barcode in the dashboard

  1. Login to your account at bristlehealth.com/login

  2. Click on "Register my kit" in your dashboard

  3. If prompted, answer the questions in your health survey

  4. Type your barcode in - ignore the "BH" and only include the last 6 digits/letters

  5. Click "Submit"
