I'm not receiving any email communications from Bristle about my order, test, or results

To ensure you receive all email communications in your inbox including status updates about your order and links to access your online Bristle dashboard, safelist the email address [email protected] by adding it to your Contact list or Safe Sender list.

In order to safelist the email address, you may need to first find an email that you have received from Bristle Health ([email protected]). To do so, search within your Inbox or navigate to your Spam or Junk folder and search directly within that folder.

Note: if you use Outlook (including Hotmail or MSN) or Yahoo, searching for the email address in "All Folders" or "All Mail" will not show emails that are in the Spam or Junk Folder. It is important to navigate to your Spam or Junk folder and search for the email specifically from within the folder.
