I can't reset my password

If you are experiencing an issue with your password login, the most common issue is that a password had not been created. To set-up a password, please follow the instructions below to set one up:

  1. Log in here using the "Sign in with email magic link". Then click on the access link in the email sent to your inbox

  2. In your dashboard, click "Your account" in the top right corner. Then select "Create/Edit Password". Leave the Old Password input blank and enter your new password

  3. Log out of your Bristle account

  4. Click on the access link in the new account setup email sent to your inbox
