I can't register my sample

We're sorry for the inconvenience! The most common reason for getting an "Invalid Barcode" error is if the kit was already registered. If your kit was registered successfully, you will see a note below the "Register kit for YOUR NAME" section after refreshing the page:

You can also check the "View status of your samples" option from your main dashboard menu, where you can see all kits registered to you and the dates they were registered, received by our lab, and when the results are available:
