You can see if we have received your sample by using the view status of your samples feature in your dashboard. You can find this by logging in to your profile at https://app.bristlehealth.com/ and clicking the "View status of your samples" option, or visiting https://app.bristlehealth.com/tracker

You'll then be able to see all your samples and the date they were registered, received by the lab, and completed.

If you do not see your sample in the tracker, this may indicate your sample was not registered, or you are logged in with a different email than you used to register your test. Please confirm you have logged in with the same email you used to register your test kit, and if you still do not see your report please let us know at [email protected].
