Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, and you'll be emailed as soon as your results are available. You can check the status of your sample or if your results are ready anytime by logging in to your profile at https://app.bristlehealth.com/ and clicking "View status of your samples" as shown in the picture below.
A few other things to keep in mind:
Sometimes our notification emails get routed to spam! If it's been 2-3 weeks since sending back your sample, please login and check via the instructions above.
The button in your "Results Ready" email expires after 2 hours for security. If you click the link and it does not work, please visit https://app.bristlehealth.com/login and log into your account.

If you do not see your sample in the tracker, this may indicate your sample was not registered, or you are logged in with a different email than you used to register your test. Please confirm you have logged in with the same email you used to register your test kit, and if you still do not see your report please let us know at [email protected].
